Preparing a plan
The WorkLB platform is up and running and in daily use. We can configure a section of it for any City program as soon as the program is ready. We simply need to understand the priorities, rules, and processes of the program.
We can do the work
.
The WorkLB launch team can handle as much of this planning around processes and scheduling as you wish. For example, your program may be guided by overarching priorities such as:
-
Service delivery by multiple community groups.
-
A demonstrably diverse program workforce with multiple languages spoken.
-
Requests for service responded to within a given timeframe.
-
Rigorous ontrols and accountability for expenditure.
-
Weekly reporting on outcomes.
We can advise on the configuration and processes that will best achieve this for each program. More specific objectives such as tracking involvement by specific groups, floating payrates for some requirements, progression for the workforce, prioritized services, and so on can also easily be accommodated.
The platform is extremely flexible. Community partners can be added at any time. A program may simply want to start quickly then refine their operations as everyone learns what works. The platform will track every dollar spent however it is used.
Alternatively, the tables below offer one possible plan for aligning WorkLB with the needs of a City program that wants to build a full operations manual before launch.
